Turnover is pretty darn big. That doesn't mean it'll get that much worse. We still pay enough to get people... the question is do we pay enough to be choosy about the people that we hire? |

hi
me an another person I work with left a while ago and now we get calls from our hr department all the time asking us about hewitt resumes they have in house. the number of people out there searching is significantly higher than you might think. there are even quite a good share of resumes from senior people.
we get to pass on low performers and pursue the high performers, so guess what you are left with?
