It is a total pity that Hewitt TBA degenerated into a sweathshop over the last 2-3 years.
Give it another 6-12 months and the trickle of people leaving now will be a stampede.
Hopefully by that time we would have trained our Gurgaon and Chennai counterparts so that they can smoothy take over our jobs. |

Turnover is pretty darn big. That doesn't mean it'll get that much worse. We still pay enough to get people... the question is do we pay enough to be choosy about the people that we hire?
