What's it like? Is it pretty much a guarantee that you're going to get fired?
My manager is pissed at me and threatened to put me on one.
I'm like wtf? Should I just walk now and preemptively quit? |

If you cannot get assigned to another team / manager - I would leave. Your manager is the one who gives feedback for raises / promotions - so If they dont like you - you are going to stay where you are until you leave hewitt or get fired.
