If someone else can do the same job you can and is willing to do it for less, why shouldn't he have the chance? Because he's Polish? Or because he's Indian? Or because he's black? Or because he's a she?
We seemed to have seen the light with respect to race and gender and preach equal opportunity for all, but apparently many think that should only apply to Americans, even though most Americans have done nothing special to earn their vaunted place in the order of things.
Good luck dealing with globalization. With your protectionist attitude, you're going to need it. |

There are many Americans that are Polish, Indian, black, men, women, etc. It is not a racial issue.
It is about our grandparents (who were Polish, Indian, black, men, women, etc.) who sacrificed their lives in our wars, invested money in our infrastructure through taxes and investments, and invested in their communities so that their grandchildren would have opportunities and a higher standard of living.
These opportunities should go to Americans because Americans earned them and made sacrifices for them.
