LEAVE THE COMPANY!! What is the problem!! Sour people like all these complainers, make the torture of daily worklife even more intolerable. Go to any company message board within this site, and you will find the same crying, and whining. Show me a message board with 100% praise to their company. Like this company is any different than any other organization. All the complaints, but you still come to work to get your paychecks!!! WHY? If you are so convinced that change is impossible, please tell me what is stopping you from leaving? I truly feel sorry for your family & friends (if any friends) that have to deal with your daily sour lifestlye. "My company is not doing this", "My company did this". You talk big, then have the courage to do something about it and QUIT!!!Make that Statement!! if not, then keep whoring!! Cuz all of you are organizational whores, move to annother company, and you will be their whore!! So consider the organization as your pimp, and if you stay with the company you compain about, then you are a COMPLAINING WHORE!!So to the complaining whores, consider this your pimp slap! You are no better than the person that is sitting next to you not complaining, trying to make the best of what is not perfect. |

Cause I used to be like this person. I was a loyal "SWAN" until the company did me wrong. Then I started to realize what really matters. All I can say is that a majority of what is posted here is the truth. I do not think it is just a small group posting their grievances, but it shows the more complex issue that is going on in the firm. Anyone who defends needs either 1) was not at the firm in the last 10 years or 2) is so bad at what they do they need to continue to kiss the right butt to keep moving on in the company. Upper management (IDGMs, ODGMs, BGMs, etc.) have no clue what is going on and how to manage properly in the "new" Hewitt, where you cannot give 2.5% raises and expect people to work 60 + hours to get things done. The company has become a joke! Look at any other message board on the Vault and you will not see the venom that you see out here. How can teams operate as we continue to hemorrhage good, talented people (and RIF them at the same time?)?? I can see the IDGMs now, ??Here is your 2% raise, thanks for working on the implementation and sacrificing your personal life by working 60 to 70 hours a week, so I can get restricted stock offerings, and better pay raises, while I add no value! Keep it up!?? It is hilarious how it really works.
So, to all you supporters which one are you? #1 or #2? Either way, you have no concept of the reality of what is going on.
