Unless you are working in Member Services in the UK, this is a complete non-event. Even then, it will play out much like it has in the US, with the jobs replacing attrition and fueling growth, not directly replacing established employees.
This comes down to market demands. Many of our contracts in Europe require that services be performed from within the EU. Someone must have determined the Poland was the most cost-effective place to deliver services with acceptable quality. |
