If Dale believed all the crap he speaks via PR and The Source, why would he be dumping shares now? Hmmmm.
I'm wondering how all the "old-timers" feel today as their leader dumps shares and signals his own vote of no-confidence to the marketplace.
How does it feel to know that your own CEO is lining his pockets while he can, while the firm (thanks to Exult) goes up in smoke?
Where are all the kool-aid drinking cult members who continually bash the "whiners" on this site for pointing out the futility of Hewitt's HRO model and acknowledge the empty suits running the show?
Dale and friends have done nothing to demonstrate they're willing or able to be strong stewards of shareholder assets.
They've done nothing but erode the value of the firm -- all the while trying to hood-wink associates with rambling manifestos on The Source.
No integrity, no competency, no confidence. The whole thing is a joke.
Joke's on the brain-numbed "long time associates".
You're a bunch of idiots, whose silent complacency and CYA game-playing has contributed to the problem.

I see this as a slap in the face to all associates of HEW. Dale is not not nor never has been capable of running the firm since it decided to go public. He really needs to either crap or get of the pot. I think the 80/20 rule would say that associates across the firm say he do the latter of the two!
