It isn't scientific. Scientific is the engagement score of 34 when it used to be in the 80's just a few years ago and the average is in the 50's. Any way you slice it, though, people are NOT happy at Hewitt.
but...I did ask people to be honest when they put Hewitt on the top 10 in my previous post. ;-) |

I meant average in our industry. Not sure if that was clear.
