Even in B-school, the academic socialists are at work. And what, exactly, are you learning about how companies react to unionization and the extortion of unions? What are you learning about what happens to a company that unionizes while competitors are not unionized?
There are places for unions, but unions are passe'. You want to speed offshoring? You want to destroy a company? You want someone else in your pocket week after week? You really want to see the mediocre climb the career ladder due to seniority alone?
I've carried two union cards in my life and all I got from the unions was a hand in my pocket and the inability to own my career. |
