LEAVE THE COMPANY!! What is the problem!! Sour people like all these complainers, make the torture of daily worklife even more intolerable. Go to any company message board within this site, and you will find the same crying, and whining. Show me a message board with 100% praise to their company. Like this company is any different than any other organization. All the complaints, but you still come to work to get your paychecks!!! WHY? If you are so convinced that change is impossible, please tell me what is stopping you from leaving? I truly feel sorry for your family & friends (if any friends) that have to deal with your daily sour lifestlye. "My company is not doing this", "My company did this". You talk big, then have the courage to do something about it and QUIT!!!Make that Statement!! if not, then keep whoring!! Cuz all of you are organizational whores, move to annother company, and you will be their whore!! So consider the organization as your pimp, and if you stay with the company you compain about, then you are a COMPLAINING WHORE!!So to the complaining whores, consider this your pimp slap! You are no better than the person that is sitting next to you not complaining, trying to make the best of what is not perfect. |

First, let me congratulate you on your outstanding persuasive skills, and your dynamic use of the English language. I am always impressed with rants that use lots of capitalization, quotations, and expletives to make a point.
(Or, absent any salient point whatsoever, to demonstrate the imbicility of the author.)
Second, I won't get into objective business details with you - you obviously aren't intelligent enough to have a reasonable, adult conversation about the (many) very real business shortcomings of Hewitt Associates.
However, you should be very careful about denegrating the posters here who want nothing more than to shed the light of truth into the dark recesses of HA.
You've been brain-washed into believing the Hewitt-babble on the Source. Very sad that you've lost the ability to think independently.
I'll grant you that complaining/whining doesn't solve problems. But ignoring problems doesn't solve them either.
Since truth is absent inside of HA, kudos to my fellow posters with very real concerns, who have chosen to intelligently articulate them here.
