Guys--
When I posted a few days ago it wasn't to start an actuarial love-fest. I've been mistaken for an actuary, so I feel your pain.
As a shareholder, I'm deeply concerned about the leadership at Hewitt. The only person on the team who has been part of a high growth, high value company is the new CFO. Your leaders have no clue how to build a valuable business...not a clue.
When a company is not an exciting investment, it's usually not an exciting place to work. Seems to be the case in Tedville. Morale will continue to spiral down until Dale and friends are replaced..they don't know what to do. Sadly, even more layoffs are needed of very senior people...look at the titles of the senior execs for god's sake...do you know what they do? Do they?
I'm hoping now that someone acquires HEW, because you gotta change the poeple, or change the people, and the current people aint gonna change.
