With all the comments reletive to bad performance, how have we been fairing in our performance guarantees and penalties with clients? No specifics here, but in general, are we paying more than usual, and in what categories? |

prior to this last quarter we went about a year and a half consistently paying high penalties... prior to that very rarely did we pay anything large.
