I worked at Hew for 2 yrs and left 8 months ago. When I was there, I couldn't wait to get the hell out. I felt I wasn't learning anything, was working too much, wasn't getting paid enough, no growth options. I can't explain it but since I left I kinda miss the place. I miss all the friends I made and used to work with, and even though the work was tedious, lets face it tba isn't rocket science. Anyone else feel this way?? Also wondering how things are in LS now after 8 months (same/better/worse)? How are the raises and promotions now, still few and far between? Did I make the right descision? Peace |

You made the right decision. Don't even think twice about coming back here. It's worse than ever. The average raise was 1.5%. I put in my notice and getting the hell out and I won't think twice about it.
