don't sweat it, if you're happy, great. I worked with 2 previous firms and would rank one of them as a lot more creative. There are talented people in all industries, let's face it-the actuarial environment is very regulated and slow moving. |

The funny thing is that Hewitt actuaries think that they are really smart and that the actuaries that work anywhere else are dumb. The fact is that Hewitt's actuaries are the biggest herd of sheep that you can find anywhere. Oh please Lincolnshire, tell me what this means so I can explain it to the three clients I work on. Hewitt actuaries never speak conferences or write anything because they know so little. Too bad, because the few pension plans they work on will all be gone in 5 years.
