He doesn't have to...our competitors are already aware of it. They only need to hear the reasons why their new clients left Hewitt. Word gets around about Hewitt among the HR community pretty quick. Mercer loves being able to hire away most of Hewitt's talent that walks out the door (at least in the Houston area). Headhunters are swamped with Hewitt resumes. There's not much left that our competitors don't know.
