I keep hearing in meetings that Hewitt is the market leader. Where are they finding this information? Every site I got to has hewitt like in the top 50, so what asshole are they pulling this out of (other than Dale's of course)? |

All measures are relative. Depending upon which source you consult, Hewitt owns something like 35 to 40% of the HR BPO market. You can measure than on revenue, employees served, whatever. Arguably, we're pretty big in the Benefits space as well.
Outside of that... we're not on many top ten lists.
