Make a serious, intelligent, and convincing argument to consistently promote (i.e. advertise and communicate, not pursuade) sexual lifestyles in the workplace.
Once you make that argument, convince us why the focus should be on homosexuality at the exclusion of heterosexuality.
Don't even respond to the second question until you can respond to the first. |

a serious, intelligent, and convincing argument to consistently promote (i.e. advertise and communicate, not pursuade) sexual lifestyles in the workplace: for the same reason it makes sense to show a better representation of blacks and hispanics in commercials and ads -- so that those things are more relevant to the entire population and because anglo-white-male-heterosexual dominated cultures are never going to understand that while they may have the power, and may even be in the majority, they are NOT free to continue setting all agendas. They need to be made uncomfortable before they'll even acknowledge there's another world out there, a world with as much right to be heard as theirs. So they might someday realize that the entire world they dominate is being thrown in the face of those who aren't anglo-white-male-heterosexual and that their perfect view of the world just might be as obnoxious to others as others are to them.
