Make a serious, intelligent, and convincing argument to consistently promote (i.e. advertise and communicate, not pursuade) sexual lifestyles in the workplace.
Once you make that argument, convince us why the focus should be on homosexuality at the exclusion of heterosexuality.
Don't even respond to the second question until you can respond to the first. |

You asked for an arguement as to why we should consistently promote homosexuality (and diversity in general) iun the workplace.
Here is your agruement:
The purpose of the Hewitt foundation is to pay off the rainbow colaition. Look at all the receipient organizations. The money is really spread around. The money is used to payoff members of the community who are good at protesting. Protests are bad for business.
The purpose of diversity in the workplace, is very similar to avoid blackmail and additionally, help get new clients by pointing fingers at our competitors as less diverse.
The second arguement for diversity is that when you can hire from a bigger labor pool, you have more competition for jobs from prospective employees and you can pay lower wages. Imagine if you wanted a fence on your property but refused to hire anyone but white males. How much more would you pay for the fence?
It is all about money for a corporation and nothing to do with ethics or morals or doing the right thing. Corporations like Hewitt have no opinions, no morals and no other purpose than to make money. Every thing is done to advance that cause. If 20 years from now making more money means promoting 3-way marriages you can bet Hewitt will be first in line to reap the rewards of being 3-way friendly.
