HRO management continues to mislead clients with expectations and promises that are never intended to be met. Anyone who was involved with lanuching the original HRO clients, who were marginally sucessful, has been replaced with former benefits consulting managemnt (TBA) who do not know anything about HR and Payroll outsourcing. More clients will be joining the latest HRO client loss once they get a clue. None of the early HRO clients can be referenced because they now realize how poor the oursourcing sevice provided is from HRO. |
