I cannot speak to what has happened in ORL, however, I do know that the admins in LS are nothing but complainers. The 1s who work on the top floor of a certain building are useless (all but 1 that is). The 'ring leader' would prefer to spend her time smoking in the parking garage w/her building attendant boyfriend or gossiping and complaining vs actually doing any work. Receiving "pushback" to do reports and meetings and notes and such is a daily event by the tanned associate. As for her manager, FORGET IT! She's no help at all because she's not intelligent enough to understand the role portrait (and to think she manages other AA managers: scary). Hewitt needs to re-evaluate this role entirely to make sure clients and teams are getting the needed support, otherwise we will continue to lose good associates who are frustrated b/c they have been forced to do AA work, taking time away from the real work they should be doing! But hey, it's all good if the said 'tanned' associate is able to continue her 15 trips a day to the parking garage! |

So it's just not in Orlando, when I was told in training every AA wants to mirror our AAs for being the very very best, yeah okay? cut the bull, that is how they play with your mind. Don't eat the food! that is how they poison your mind.
