Hello Everyone,
Today I have a very interesting topic that needs to me mentioned. Has Hewitt really lived up to what we promised?
I am not talking about just clients but for employees. For those who have worked with Hewitt Associates before you must have had some experiences you can share with us. I will be sharing an experience which I an EX Hewitt Associate encountered during my years at the firm.
Dont get me wrong TED or DALE this is just happening under you nose and you just dont know it that is all... and most likely you will never know.
Well Let me say I was located in Thailand, SEA market. I have seen things which sometimes disgusted me by the way people are being treated. Well let me put it this way... walking into Hewitt Associates for the first time, you picture a nice glamour family like environment to work in. ONE FIRM FIRM am I correct? A few months later down the track what tends to be a One FIRM FIRM turns into a ONE STOP IN HELL.
The story is that Hewitt Associates in Thailand is structured in way where we have 1 Filipino as the Country Head, 1 of 1 million Indians as a Business Developer and Basically the rest all are Indians...dont get me wrong I am not a racist guy. Well to make the story short.. TED, the organization is in shambles.. not with revenue but with Morales and Ethics. Basicaly there is no Ethics. We as HR consultants should at least do as we preach. What these nice good smart consultants do.. is that they are liers. When you are of value to them they treat u like a king then when you are of no use they try to make you leave by harrasing you, bullying you and remember these guys are good story makers.. they are consultants.. they can mix shit and turn it into gold. So they make you look wrong, bad and sometmes.. even accuse you. I was treated like that.. along with alot of other associates. The rest are too scared to say so. I for one.. feel that USA wouldnt be what it is today if everyone was scared.
What are they doing? Why are senior consultants exhibiting these kind of beharviors? They once accused an associate for something they havent done. They lower your self esteem.
WHY TED? or anyone of you readers out there... why? I know the world operates like this.. but isn't that why Hewitt is here for? TO make the world a better place to work?
Performance Evaluation.. everyone who worked hard got a bad rating.. but all senior or LOB get good ratings? WHY? Well of course not all.. the mix it up a bit. Lez say a majority.
I take no personal grudge against Hewitt. But the leaders here are somewhat.. very tricky. Is that making the world a better place or you just want to make money for shareholders so you can go home with a pay rise?
There are alot of issues. Leaders using inappropriate words to employees, Leaders accusing or picking on associates.. like trying to make them accept what is not true. Making them look like a fool losing confident. How can they do that? Simple... they are all in it together.
Career Development = NONE
You know Ted or Dale or anyone who has a heart ou tthere.. I am glad I quit Hewitt Associates and joined a competitor. CUlture is different but at least there is nothing like this going on.
Like I said I am disgusted. Consultants can make up stories to get them out of trouble.. I agree with that.. but to demorilize people and stupe as low as to use dirty tricks.. I think that is unethical.
What do you think?
Maybe we nee HAY to come in and do our engagement or how about KPi communication and most important of all....

Good opinion. Enjoyed it.
By the way, in the US it feels like the gay agenda is being shoved down your throat as HA posts that crap each year on the Source for over a week. Many do not care about it and it offends many others. There is some fun out that comes out of the of the posting as it generates several jokes.
