My experience at Hewitt as an AA is all about putting up and shutting up (putting up with feefback and shutting up as in not saying how you feel and just doing your work)....the AA team is so over worked is sickening, there's no relief, no recognition, and no respect(I'm not including the AOM's becuase they don't work-period)I tried to make a difference, I worked my butt off and was terminated for "my lack of communication skills". My manager should not have ever been offered a manager role, she doesn't know the meaning of manage...she sucked basically. If I would have known my working life was in her hands I would have resigned.
Don't apply to be an AA ever - it's all a facade. I don't know how they became Orlando's 2nd best company to work for.....? |

I cannot speak to what has happened in ORL, however, I do know that the admins in LS are nothing but complainers. The 1s who work on the top floor of a certain building are useless (all but 1 that is). The 'ring leader' would prefer to spend her time smoking in the parking garage w/her building attendant boyfriend or gossiping and complaining vs actually doing any work. Receiving "pushback" to do reports and meetings and notes and such is a daily event by the tanned associate. As for her manager, FORGET IT! She's no help at all because she's not intelligent enough to understand the role portrait (and to think she manages other AA managers: scary). Hewitt needs to re-evaluate this role entirely to make sure clients and teams are getting the needed support, otherwise we will continue to lose good associates who are frustrated b/c they have been forced to do AA work, taking time away from the real work they should be doing! But hey, it's all good if the said 'tanned' associate is able to continue her 15 trips a day to the parking garage!
