IF your accusations are true, that management in Thailand is behaving innappropriately, then a formal complaint directly to Dale, or to Perry, while you were still employed WOULD have gotten some response. Bad behaviors like this by managers HAVE been dealt with swiftly and severely in the past, and Dale has personally seen to it in at least one instance. But he's not going to listen to you now since you are gone, and he's not going to listen to anyone here. Besides, you blew your credibility with the statement "...1 Evil Indian, 1 Gay Filipino is all it takes TO Make ME FIND A BETTER PLACE TO WORK! ". No, you aren't racist. You are clearly a model of tolerance and your concerns are totally objective (not!) |

You should realize that there is much more racism outside of the USA than inside it. He is probably par for the course for overseas in terms of racism. (Don't you know the Indians all mock the US workers while they slack?)
And his complaints are more than likely partly true at least. Businesses in that part of the world vary, and what he described sounds like the USA circa 1940-1970.
