working as an AA at hewitt is challenging I do admit-things have changed for the worse but if we all (AAs) work together and get ourselves trained and marketable I think we will earn a new perception among those we support

They are getting rid of the higher skilled admins, so pulling together (gag)will not work. The respect of the team more than likely is there for most of the ones I know, it is just Hewitt that does not get it. The main problem is that the AA "managers" are also supporting others, until that structure changes the AA world will not change. You are either management or not.
