I just wanted to throw in a big thanks to those who had replied so far to my posting. Hewitt hires AA's that do not have a lot of skill, then the ones like myself that have a strong resume and are hired for tough teams and want to make a difference are kicked to the curb because their AOMs are afraid we might take their jobs. Right, like I would want to be an AOM. NOT! I got some feedback for ya!lol
