I can understand that...this will be fun...really--
I have not gotten on the phones yet, however, have already had to ask my "coach/team manager" a plan provisional question that I was getting push back on.....and lo and behold....they didnt know. Too bad that I will "only be a Sr CSA" that knows nothing about what they need to do. =o) |

I thought the restructure doesn't go into effect until March.
