Just think of it as an opportunity to climb another rung on the corporate ladder... one you already ascended once.
In my opinion they did this to QASes because they wanted to protect the CSUMs. The new role mappings require CSUMs(now Team Managers)to be SMEs for their teams. Current UMs do not fit this requirement but QASes do. Since they're trying to eliminate roles they had a choice of either demoting you or the UMs. I'm sorry that you're the one holding the bag. |

I can understand that...this will be fun...really--
I have not gotten on the phones yet, however, have already had to ask my "coach/team manager" a plan provisional question that I was getting push back on.....and lo and behold....they didnt know. Too bad that I will "only be a Sr CSA" that knows nothing about what they need to do. =o)
