How about a little old-fashioned Hewitt Benefit of the Doubt here? I've personnaly received several American Express Gift Cheques in my years at the firm (and yes, they are spelled Cheques - try searching the Amex web site). In IS I know of several associates who work part or full time from home, although the full-time associates are more of an exception. For most of us, we don't have the opportunity to work from home, but don't be so fast to dismiss the possibility that those situations exist. I'm envious of at least a handful of them... |

...for most roles, working from home is extremely rare, especially for Heritage Hewitt employees. On the other hand, working remotely was more common for Heritage Exult employees. I don't think that's true any more.
