In Reply To: Ah, yes. The "long-time Hewitt Associate" come-back. Your "change was needed" argument is simply not viable. You're a fool, and part of the problem. And here's why: Remember - America's free-marketplace is the ultimate arbiter and validates a company' "decision making" ability. The marketplace - not "long time associates" - ultimately determines if a management team is creating value, or eroding it. The point here, you silly, silly automaton, is not whether change was needed - perhaps it was. The point, rather, is whether the "right" changes (i.e. the right strategies) were proposed and executed effectively by leadership. The market has spoken. And it views HEW and Dale's story as nothing but a load of crap. Hewitt made it's most recent earnings estimate, by a penny, right? And the stock tanked because Wall Street isn't buying the B.S. anymore. Wait and see where things go from here, you poor soul. Do yourself a favor, and stop regurgatating the crap you read on the Source. Be an independent thinker and assess HEW as an investment, not your personal huggy-blanket and safe-harbor from the realities of the business world. The truth, and a strong dose of real leadership are the only things that will save this place. Period.
