I have to wonder why you people are all so negative. Do you really blame Dale and Sr execs for all your troubles? What is so bad about what they do that impacts you? I have to tell you I control my own destiny and my own engagement and happiness. I've been at this firm for several years, seen lots of change and made my way up the ladder. No I'm not an owner, but a happy satisfied Manager driving results through a satisfied team. Get over it! Hew has changed and so has the world. If you don't like it, get OUT already! |
