Looks like we can now "save Admin" by returning to the front line. Wasnt that nice of them to not make us post to be demoted back to a Sr. CSA??!!?!? |

Just think of it as an opportunity to climb another rung on the corporate ladder... one you already ascended once.
In my opinion they did this to QASes because they wanted to protect the CSUMs. The new role mappings require CSUMs(now Team Managers)to be SMEs for their teams. Current UMs do not fit this requirement but QASes do. Since they're trying to eliminate roles they had a choice of either demoting you or the UMs. I'm sorry that you're the one holding the bag.
