Hewitt is a great place to work and provides super benefits and blah blah blah (*pukes*). HR folks and DGMs lurking on this forum - is there a volunteer layoff program out there? There are people who would gladly take the severance and get RIF-ed instead of someone that has family and kids to support and is OK at chugging quietly along at HA. Maybe I missed The Source posting on it. |

I did that once at another job and really enjoyed it and the fact that it meant that one of my other co-workers didn't have to.
