In Reply To: You have to wonder about this person. He/She rambles on about serving clients and tells us to refocus our negativity and redirect our energy spent venting on this board toward finding creative ways to make the world a better place to work by serving our clients and making Dale richer at our expense. And, this person bristles whenever he/she has to read negative things posted here about Hewitt. This begs the obvious question - why does this person care about what is said about Hewitt on The Vault? Why does this person care about the negative things that are said about Hewitt on a public message board, particularly this one? If this person is another corporate whore/corporate tool hired to monitor and respond to negative things said about Hewitt, why does Hewitt care about what is posted about the firm on this message board? Why does Hewitt feel threatened by negative things said on this or any other internet bulletin board? Are things so dicey at Hewitt that executive leadership feels threatened by internet graffiti? To me, his/her response is very interesting, because I think it reveals some serious insecurities lingering at Hewitt. Maybe things are in worse shape than we're lead to believe. This is totally Exult all over again...
Message: I have to wonder why you people are all so negative. Do you really blame Dale and Sr execs for all your troubles? What is so bad about what they do that impacts you? I have to tell you I control my own destiny and my own engagement and happiness. I've been at this firm for several years, seen lots of change and made my way up the ladder. No I'm not an owner, but a happy satisfied Manager driving results through a satisfied team. Get over it! Hew has changed and so has the world. If you don't like it, get OUT already!
