If by over 40, you really mean people who've been in the same call center position for 5+ years. Then you'd be correct.
If by diverse, you mean people that either can't speak english or those that think a FUBU t-shirt means dress code. Then you're correct again. |

Those weren't necessarily the people we lost.
I've been a CS manager for a couple of years... I don't know any of the laid off managers... that probably means that they weren't doing as much as they should have been since names tend to get around if you're up to anything good. That doesn't mean that they can't speak English or don't wear appropriate clothing.
