I listened to the earnings call this morning and BofA was not mentioned, but they did say that the client, one of Hewitt's first BPO clients, only informed them of the contract termination near the end of last quarter. Obviously, then, that couldn't be BofA. |

it was a "heritage Hewitt" MP HRO client. There were only six or seven of those. I'll bet one of them doesn't have a team in place right now.
If you know the business, it's not hard to figure out.
