"tired_of_the_whining" should change his identity to "tired_of_the_waiting". You sound like just another senior consultant who still actully thinks he works for a consulting company and his stock grants will be worth something if he waits long enough.
If your reduced benefits, 26% Annual Incentive, and elimination of lunch didn't tell you anything, today's market reaction (down 4%) should provide you with another reminder that the rope you are holding on to is a noose.
You deserve what you get.

I completely concur with you "Tired"
I for one want to make this a better place and I'm TIRED of the negative folks who spew venom for all to swallow. Stop squandering in your negativeness and get on board or get out already.
You think Hewitt owes you something? Have you checked other firms lately? How about our clients? Life is still grand here kids -- GET REAL!
