If you don't like the negativity here, then don't read it. It's well known that The Vault is a forum for venting frustrations and spewing venom about Hewitt. Why come here and demand that all "whiners" quit? Why should we? |

I didn't demand that anyone quit, I asked nicely (read: please).
But to answer your question, "Why quit?": To me, it is relatively simple.
1. If I were captured in a hellish prison and had the opportunity to leave, I would. Or if I chose to stay, I would keep my comments to myself. Afterall, who is the fool for staying?
2. Your negativity is not wanted nor needed; we should all focus on moving the firm forward. You are either unwilling or unable. In either case, you should move on. If you are willing and able, I encourage you to stay and give it your best shot; you can count on me for support.
Hope that is simple enough.
As for the Vault, you are right; the Hewitt board has become about "spewing venom." I would like to see us change that as there are no rules limiting comments to "negative."
Unfortunately, this board has been dominated by a few people who have plenty of complaints but little in the way of suggestions.
I am hoping there are other casual observers like me who are willing to make a difference and will step up.
