... management talks about making the best use of their Human resources and then completely ignores any outside experience, or good ideas from all employees.
If it does not come from the very top in Lincolnshire, then it is not even considered.
There is no mechanism, through some kind of business proposal template, by which an employee can make a suggestion to management which could result the suggestion being considered and result in an improvement. |

i realize most folks on this post are angry about this change, but i am on the outside of this company...can anyone share with me how the marketing organization is structured? centralized, vs. decentralized, client focused vs. product focused, etc.? any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
