Yea we will see how long that lasts. I am not going to sit here and say Hewitt is so great and wonderful. But one client I worked on left Hewitt for ACS and they already wanna come back. Its pretty bad when a HR manager at the client company has to talk to someone in India to get a simple report. And then have to come back to Hewitt and pay out of scope fees to get it done. |

All clients bad mouth the service they receive when they outsource for the first time or change outsourcers, this includes those that have Hewitt as a service provider. The fact here is Hewitt lost a client to a company they fear is their #1 competitor. ACS is being recognized for their performance in the BPO market where Hewitt used to be #1 but has now fallen of the chart.
