Back in March 2005, HA was worried that ACS was their biggest competitor and would become the new leader. Looks like that has happened.

Yea we will see how long that lasts. I am not going to sit here and say Hewitt is so great and wonderful. But one client I worked on left Hewitt for ACS and they already wanna come back. Its pretty bad when a HR manager at the client company has to talk to someone in India to get a simple report. And then have to come back to Hewitt and pay out of scope fees to get it done.
