All managers have a mandatory meeting today (CS UM/PM) at 3:00pm / 4:00pm. I guess more information to follow soon... |

Some CS managers were told this morning they were being let go, have ten days to post successfully or they're out.
Remaining UMs and PMs being moved to newly created jobs in CS as UM and PM roles being done away with eff March 1. Some PMs will be moved to CSA roles. Those moving to CSA will get pay cut. Coaching dept being disbanded, coaches moving to CSA roles or other newly formed roles in CS. No one has a choice of what job they will have in the new structure, either take position that has already been earmarked for you, or leave Hewitt. PMs and UMs will find out tomorrow what job they are being moved to.
