How do I get out? |

I've been at HEW for almost two years as an SCA, and I really need to leave because I am absolutely going crazy here.
However, I feel that I will not be competitive in the interviewing field because everything learned at HEW is proprietary and doesn't really apply anywhere else. I really haven't learned any business skills, either... just how to be a drone and configure shit based on incorrect requirements.
Does anyone have any tips for getting out? How do I make up my real-world business knowledge deficit in interviews?
Thanks. |

Every company has proprietary systems and yet, there are distinct similarities in the process of executing them. If you can't find a way to apply your skills across platforms and job descriptions, you're on your own, pal.
