There will be two levels of CSAs. There will be a regular CSA and a CSA specialist (a variation of what used to be a Sr. CSA. The top of the pay band has been increased for the CSA specialist. It was determined that for CSAs, engagement was lowest and attrition highest among the CSAs who had been there 24 months. The restructure is intended to convey the belief that tenured CSAs have opportunities beyond "hitting 5th level and maxing out in the pay band"
The training is supposed to be improved to remove obstacles to learning (the biggest of which is technical issues)

If that is all that is going on then why the dozzens of private all day meetings on people's schedules all of this week?
My guess is that this will be another round of layoffs in advance of Monday's earnings call.
