I have worked for Hewitt for a few years, and at first I enjoyed working there. Now adays, all I hear is people wanting to quit around me. My managers are 2 faced, praise me to my face and give bad reports of me behind my back (I am not a bad employee, the client is very happy with my work.) I am micromanaged to the point, I think I need to be on a dog leash.
Why should someone stay working for Hewitt? Do we think it is going to get better for associates? |
