For the life of me, I can't figure out why anyone would want to listen to the calls of others all day. Then 'evaluate' them with that ridiculous top box program and its numerous dimensions then have to sit with the associate and discuss the whole freaking thing.
The reason we don't provide CS quality results to our clients is because we can't get them to understand the whole program. And there isn't any value to the program in their eyes. Whoever came up with this whole idea has hopefully already been rif'd. What a waste of money.
The Customer Sat. Surveys are much better way to evaluate CS quality and a whole lot cheaper. Let the end user evaluate our quality focusing on 1 or 2 questions. |

and let's have manufacturing companies not have a quality group test their products before unleashing them on the public. Let the customer complain and fix the problems on the back end. There is a great business strategy!
