A statement was made eariler that Quality was not a resource for AHOD because those calls would not be evaluated. However QAS's were busy taking calls for Huricane releif and AE/BR. So if you think that QAS's got off easy without xtra work you are wrong |

I know for our region...QASs have been on the phones since October in addition to still evaluating IR clients! So, Coyote Ugly--you are right..we are doing phones, calls and anything else that Hewitt leadership wants up to do to raise the SLs etc before they ship us out...
