Everyone is out looking. I mean if they're not, theres something wrong. I heard two of our coaches in 2op talking and they've had it. They were saying how hard they were trying to find something else. I felt bad for them they were so bummed out. They said they think one of their other coaches was looking into what it takes to go union. I almost followed them to hear more. It is really bad here with being so understaffed.
I just haven't had to job hunt. This is my first job and it gets worse and worse. |

Your coaches are smart for doing that. We have been in contact with coaches in all regions...and well.....not sure that Hewitt is all for Quality anymore. We will see how it plays out, BUT...coaches are smart to get a plan B, C, D.....
