People are forgetting that the old scores you quote are on a different scale. Hewitt changed the scale a year ago and it now (conveniently) produces higher scores. The 30s that are now calculated would be 20s under the old scale, meaning engagement is even lower on a relative scale. |

That is bullsh*t. The engagement score now scores lower, not higher. 30's now would be 40's before. Get your facts right. However, your post is consistent with what comes on this board.
