this does not happen on performance reviews... there was this overweight PM on my team and she added comments about another employee on their performance review concerning the clothes this associate wore.
It was obvious the rotund PM was jealous of the other female employee who was very attractive

when you complete a performance review on someone else, they can find out who said what. Please do not say it can't happen, I'm proof it did happen. Someone made a remark on my performance review and my manager told me who said it. IT DOES HAPPEN, IT'S HAPPENED TO ME AND I KNOW MANY PEOPLE WHO THIS HAS HAPPENED TOO!!! IT HAPPENS!!! FACE IT!
