There's a message comming out on them soon. Dale says that it is an unnacceptable number and senior leadership is partially to blame -- not associates or their managers. |

Let's not forget that the methodology for engagement scores changed one or two quarters ago. The new system generates higher scores than the old system. What is now a 34 is likely a 24 under the old system.
